Shipping Information:

Orders for in-stock products placed from the Elise Shop that are received by 4:00pm GST Monday - Friday (except holidays) will be shipped within 48 hours or displayed while ordering via best method for established accounts.

Note: Most of orders will be shipped on the same day.

Free Ground Shipping in UAE:

Free shipping offer is valid for shipments to all major cities or easily reachable locations with in UAE.

Products can be returned directly (based on manufacturer return policy) to Elise within 2 days order received for replacement, exchange or repair along with valid PRN (product return number).

Please contact at admin@eliseuae.com to obtain a PRN before shipping your product back to Elise. Returns may not be accepted without a valid PRN including the information as customer name, invoice number, serial number and the reason for the return. Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.

All products returned should be 100% complete and contain original manufacturer boxes with the original packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.

For DEFECTIVE items, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Elise to file a damage claim.

Incase of refunds it shall be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
